However, both Windows Media and the Real Media Player update their software on a regular basis. If you are having problems with your video player, please go to their site and make sure you have the latest version available.

Most Common Problem
The most common problem when videos don't work is due to using the incorrect media player for the video. We use two primary video formats - Real Media and Windows Media. If you downloaded a video that has a .wmv extension, please use Windows Media. If the video has an .mpg extension, please use Real Player. If the video has an .mov extension, please use Quicktime player. Please check and make sure you are using the correct video player before contacting us.

PSP and IPOD devices
The MPEG-4 file we have available in the members area will play on both PSP (Sony portable playstation systems) and IPOD video devices. MPEG-4 can be used in a variety of ways, the setting we found plays in both PSP and IPOD, thus only one download for both devices.
The uses for the MPEG-4 standard are web ( streaming media) and CD distribution, conversation ( videophone), and broadcast television, all of which benefit from compressing the AV stream.MPEG-4 absorbs many of the features of MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 and other related standards, adding new features such as (extended) VRML support for 3D rendering, object-oriented composite files (including audio, video and VRML objects), support for externally-specified Digital Rights Management and various types of interactivity.

3GP
3GP setting is used for cell phones. Members can download and can play instantly without converting file formats.
3GP is a multimedia container format defined by 3GPP for use on 3G mobile phones. It is a simplified version of MPEG-4 Part 14 (MP4). 3GP files have the filename extension .3gp or .3g2.It stores video streams as MPEG-4 or H.263, and audio streams as AMR-NB or AAC-LC
formats. 3GP files are always big-endian. 3GP also describes image sizes and bandwidth, so content is correctly sized for mobile display screens. The files are viewable on a PC using QuickTime or RealPlayer.
