• I've lost my password.
Visit our password page and enter in your email address & user name. We'll email your password to you.

• My password isn't working.
When entering your password please make sure you are using capital letters where needed; The password box is case sensitive. You can change your current username and password on our password page . If all else fails, please email us using our advanced support page and we'll fix it for you asap.

• I've lost my subscription number.
Visit our subscription page and enter in your email address & user name. We'll email you your subscription number.

• After entering in my password I am told that my account has been blocked for "excessive usage".
Usually this means your password has been hacked by someone, and other people have been using it. This can also mean that you've given your password away to someone else, or that you are using a download program on the site (which is not allowed!). We track all traffic in our membership areas, and we use special software to detect when different people are using the same membership password. Please note that if your password is being blocked on a regular basis we reserve the right to cancel your membership.
